The mould is then hand polished to create a smooth finish for the rota-moulding process.

Recycled polyethylene is poured into the mould which is then transferred to the oven. Through a rota-moulding process the polyethylene is distributed thickly and uniformly on the walls of the mould. The mould is then cooled and the newly formed raw
